Fundamentals of Nutrigenomics
An Introductory Module

This half-day seminar is offered to Conference participants interested in the foundations of nutrigenomics. The program includes introductory presentations on molecular nutrition and epidemiology, mechanisms of nutrient-gene interactions and subsequent implications on health and disease, and the use of transgenesis to improve food supply.
